When is the final release of SP2 slated to be made public?

Mid 2004 is the only statement from Microsoft:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/lifecycle/servicepacks.mspx

Many sites have speculated further but they have no official source
and should be ignored.
My personal guess is 6 - 8 weeks since RC 2 was just released.
