SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: gaming gaming gaming

PARTS NOT REQUIRED:monitor keyboard mouse speakers

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS:newegg.com

PARTS PREFERENCES: intel with a geforce gts 250 or higher

OVERCLOCKING: no

SLI OR CROSSFIRE:maybee if it is in my budget

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1600x1200

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: needs to have 4 gb ram and can run team fortress 2 can you please get a free game with it like cod waw

I don't think you can get what you're asking for in that budget, a decent core 2 SLI motherboard costs over $150 alone.

if you went AMD/ATi however you would be sorted with that budget.
