PC 3200 or PC2100

hi i am using a ECS P4VMM2 motherboard, and i am currently using 2x256mb ddr PC3200 and it is working fine and i'm planning to buy a 1gb ddr. which is better to give best performance for my system? the pc3200 or pc2100
