NVIDIA 9600 GS (512mb DDR2) Vs. ATI Radeon 3650 (1gb DDR2)

Hello everyone!

I was doing some research on a laptop I was going to buy and found that it came with either the NVIDIA 9600 GS or the ATI Radeon 3650 graphics cards though they were both the same cost. From what I was able to find out, both of these cards are running with DDR2 though the 9600 has 512mb while the 3650 comes with 1gb. I was wondering though what you all thought as to which card would be the best for general gaming like WoW and overall video experience.
