1st time ssd help

i7 920
6950
850psu corsair
ocz gold 6gig ram
GIGABYTE GA-X58-USB3 LGA 1366 Intel X58 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
250gig seagate hdd 7200rpm
new crucial 64gig ssd

left everything stock installed windows 7... everything went speedy and as expected until the final reboot now wont go past mobo logo screen also cannot get into bios
so i unplugged the computer for 10 mins and turned it on wont go past logo screen but let me into bios
decided to re install so i set in my bios achi mode installed windows 7.. same thing rly fast install..... then stops at logo screen and wont go past it
i know all my hardware is fine (except maybe this sdd) because i have had windows 7 on the hdd for months now running great
so idk what to do help please
