All looks good, but you could save some money with less of a PSU (Maybe 750W), 850W is overkill.

Also, for the RAM, OCZ Platinum Memory would improve the quality of the build. For the HDD, get a WD Black 640GB 32MB Cache. For the DVD Drive, get a 22x LG Black CAV SATA Optical Drive with LightScribe.
