Go into BIOS, and set the boot configuration so the Usb device is the top priority as a bootable device, or select the one-time-boot-menu and if the option is there boot from the usb.

If you use the bios option be sure to change usb to the last priority after you install the ISo because it will try and reinstall every reboot..
