Does the side case fan really make a difference? I have a replacement panel for my Vulcan case (model with the clear panel), but I now have the option to put a metal panel with no fan or led. Will this make a huge difference? I like the look better with two black metal side panels.

I had a side case fan once a long time ago, with multicolor LEDs and all. It only made about a single degree difference in temp, and I suspect it was probably short circuiting the front to back airflow in the case anyway. I'd skip it unless you have a good reason to keep it around.

Cool, I have a nice aftermarket CPU cooler, so I think I will be fine, thanks.
