Swap the DVD for this LG SATA DVD Burner instead. Cheaper, and it's SATA... there is no reason to buy IDE optical drives anymore.

Bit of a downgrade on capacity, but these things are big and fast. Hitatchi doesn't come highly recommended by enthusiasts.

Ha ha i want to comment on the enthusiasts, i love Hitachi hard drives! Great for cars or system that have a lot of outside forces effecting it. but i am not a game enthusiast i am a Car and airplane enthusiast. ^_^

anyways if its siting on your desk and you want it to go fast WD black is the way to go hands down.
