You could shave off a few dollars on the case, power supply and maybe the hardrive. Maybe you could get a slightly better motherboard and try to overclock that e5200... I know you're lost on that, but do some research, because it will give you a noticeable increase in performance with your games, since the stock speed on that cpu is a little too slow and will bottleneck that high end gpu.
If you want to save even more, you could get a 4770... I know you said you prefer nvidia gpu's, but that is an excellent video card, up to you really.
