Hi,
this is godfather@18
i have a gaming computer, i want to overclock it perfectly without crashes. my pc configuration are:
Intel dual core E2180
XFX nforce 630i/Geforce 7100 motherboard
nvidia Geforce 8400 GS 512 MB graphics card
2 GB DDR2 ram
OS: WIndows XP\ Windows 7
My computer also bottlenecks on Windows 7 while playing games
Please send me suggestions

Depends on what you want it to do really, if your overclocking to try and improve gaming performance then with that video card you are using there wouldn't be that much point.

As regards to windows 7 bottlenecking, are you running a 32 or 64 bit os? Have you checked your performance monitors in windows? Your relatively low amount of ram may be to blame for that issue.

are u serious ? do u really believe that what u have is a gaming pc?
sorry bro i dont mean to be rude but u really have to upgrade ur pc to play modern games, believe me there is no point of overclocking that old pc
