Window media will not burn cd's

Thanks for all the info about my computer. it's working now, but i cant burn cd's. i can put cd into my cd drive. upload it to my media player library but it wont allow me to burn it onto a blank cd. (any brnd) anyone cross this problem before. i have try changing speeds on the burner and all. red copy button is lit, but when you click on it. a sign pops up close / or get web help.

Burning a music CD on today's burners is an average of 3-5min. and there is a delay time with no % showing, during the lead-in/lead-out burning process. Run it again at the CD Blank advertised speeds and go away from PC for 10min..
