It's related to Net.framework . That means you installed something lately, from a program to even a game, that installed net framework too.
ASP.net is a programming framework built on the common language runtime (the ms net framework) as used on a server to build Web applications and for better security. The typical user doesn't need it.
There are some issues of getting into Windows when this is created. But it has been solved on 2.0 + versions.
You, on the other hand probablly have Net framework 1.1

So, U can update to a newer Net Framework version, or you can just delete the account, because it isn't harmful or anything... :hello:
