Driver Error Message

I have a P5NSLI motherboard running Intel, LGA775, NVidia nForce 570 SLI, with AI Overclocking. I am running Windows 7 Professional 64bit OS. However in my list of components the device status of ATK0110 ACPI Utility says:
Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)
and the Status has a yellow triangle ! icon on it.
Does anyone know how to get the right driver for this overclocking feature to work?

Try right clicking the yellow triangle (Device Manager), disabling the device and then re-start the computer. Windows will search for the correct driver and install it.

Tried that but it left the device disabled after restarting.

Went to http://vip.asus.com/forum/view.aspx?board_id=1&model=P5Q-E&id=20091120203612937&page=1&SLanguage=en-us and found another post that described the same problem. Downloaded the new 64bit driver and the warning is gone.
