New Toshiba Satellite A30...!!

My 3 month old laptop has been used for recreational use only. However,
having crashed several times over a two day spell, it has been returned
under warranty to Toshiba in the belief that the problem lays with the
cooling system.
Has anyone else experienced any real problems with this model or am I just
plain unlucky?
