Download drivers of code 28 for windows xp

I have been receiving a Code 28 when running system. I have attempted to run a dual boot (Had Ubuntu 10.4) which ran fine. Updated to 11.1 Ubuntu and now when attempting to login I am receiving (In Ububtu) waiting for "network configuration"
