I m working in an organasation cipla ltd. some printer are in network shairing and some are in usb shairing. daily i get a call that printer dosen't print and when i check the status that i find there is blockeg. when i restart system it automatacally work i check virus status and found there is virus Quaritine by antivirus manually cleaning virus can work for the time being again nextday same problem what should i do for the permenent solution?

Is Windows system restore turned on? if so - disable clear virus, reboot and enable again (if you want it)
