Trouble with screen

Hello,
my screen keeps flipping sideways. Help

If you use an Intel application/Amd Application/Nvivdia application to manage your display settings it could be set to flip the screen at 90 degrease as a default... you can change this by right clicking on your desktop and selecting the display application and change the settings in the screen selection menu. Otherwise you can temporally change your screens back to the usual state by using the Ctrl-Alt-Arrow function. This only works for some Pc's..

What exactly do you mean by flipping sideways? Side to side, or 90 degrees?
What is the monitor?
