There are lots of variants of the DV9000 laptop (I've serviced quite a few of them), check the label at the bottom of the laptop and then check to see on the table in the link, clicking the corresponding one, the main thing is there is 1 main differences between most of the downloads (intel or amd processors types), if the labels wiped or defaced you will have to do trial and error, but that shouldn't cause any harm:
