I5 750 OC, worth the trade-off?

I have an i5-750 OC'ed based on Tom's efficiency overclock article with 160 BCLK and all processors features explicitly enabled including Turbo so when 1-2 cores are active it hits 3.84. Temps are not an issue with a hyper 212 + and stock voltage for that OC. My concern is the RAM speed. When i assembled the PC i wasn't planning the OC so i bought 4gb 1333 CL7 rams. Now i am forced to run the ram 160x8 = 1280mhz with cl7 again. Is the OC worth the trade-off running the RAM at this slightly lower speed or i shouldn't worry about it? I tried to set the BCLK to 167 and Turbo ON (so i can run the RAM at 1333) but it needed more voltage and i don't want to override the Normal vcore.

So i have two options :

1)Leave the OC as it is
2)Set BCLK 167 with x21 multi to result in a constant non-turbo OC of 3.5ghz and the ram at its rated speed 1336.

Your opinion please.

I know, i am trying to juggle with efficiency vs performance here though. And the main question is about the ram speed. Is it worth it to go out of my way to try and run them at 1333 or i am not losing that much having them running at 1280?

Leave the oc as it is, 50mhz ram speed is nothing.
Btw you should try to go higher, with turbo on you should be able to achieve higher clock speed, and you shouldnt worry about overriding the Vcore.
