How to restore deleted e-drive

unfortunately in my laptop e-drive is deleted ,how to recover it back ,please help me

What is this E drive? DVD/CD drive, external drive, partition off the main drive? What do you mean by deleted? You formatted it, it's just not seen, what? Need more details. Exactly what happened before the issue?
