How do I remove a write-protection from my Flash disk?

Iam experiencing aproblem with my flash disk, I can not copy, pask nor save any document in it. it Does not have the write protection slide lock

You can go to my Computer> right-click on the drive's letter> Properties> Security> make sure the Write Permission is set to Allow.
