Overclock e6300

Could someone help me how to overclock E6300 to 3 Ghz? I tried it but I can not tweak it and do not know what I'm doing wrong .... When is the Host frequency above 400 it could not start ..... Could someone help me with this problem? Settings of my bios you can see below. Here is my pc devices:
MBD: Gigabyte P43T ES3G
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 OC (2.8 Ghz)
RAM: Kingston KHX1600C9D3X2K2/4GX 1600MHz grey 9-9-9-27
SND: Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer
GPU: ASUS EAH5770 CUCORE 1GD5 (900/5000)
CSE: Evolve Tornado WB black
PSU: Fortron 500W Blue storm Bronze 80+
On: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Lock the PCIe frequency at 100MHz, get it off of auto. Same with the ram. (you want 200MHz I think, might be 400MHz.) I'm not sure what options you have and DDR3 will change the math a bit. I'd start there and see if you can get a bit more.

Is this the original E6300 that was 1.83GHz? Keep in mind you already added an extra GHz so getting to 3GHz might not be possible.
