Could someone help me how to overclock E6300 to 3 Ghz? I tried it but I can not tweak it and do not know what I'm doing wrong .... When is the Host frequency above 400 it could not start ..... Could someone help me with this problem? Settings of my bios you can see below. Here is my pc devices:

Lock the PCIe frequency at 100MHz, get it off of auto. Same with the ram. (you want 200MHz I think, might be 400MHz.) I'm not sure what options you have and DDR3 will change the math a bit. I'd start there and see if you can get a bit more.

Is this the original E6300 that was 1.83GHz? Keep in mind you already added an extra GHz so getting to 3GHz might not be possible.
