I changed my case(Zalman Z9 plus) and my Power Suppply (Corsair HX520) yesterday buy I have a problem my cpu fan is running at 4300 RPM and it's really noisy. Before I changerd my case and PSU it was very quiet I would like to know why is it so noisy now and how can i reduce the speed of it.(Speed fans is not working with my MotherBoard)

    Check your CPU temps. Also check the heatsink is seated properly (it may have been bumped out of place).
