You want to search for create picture from movie


Software (some freeware) available to do this.
Here is one, but there are others. Do your search.

You should be able to delete it on the camera, or you can delete it from Windows.
From Windows, look at the drive that appears when you either plug a USB cable from the camera to the PC or plug the memory card into the PC. Go to the DCIM folder and look for the large video file. The file will likely have the .avi or .mov extension as opposed to the .jpg used by the photos.
