Please help with an optimum setup

Hello,
I've a gigabyte g41-es2l rev 1.4 mobo w itel core duo2 @ 1.86 processor. My question is which memory speed should I use with this combination? (I have access to any speed very cheaply), and what could i hope for as an optimum approxiamate oc profile?

DDR2 800Mhz for ram and i have no idea about oc'ing your cpu.
