Is the Intel DG31PR pci-e 1.0 or 1.1?

I'm thinking of buying an ati hd 5 series gpu but I was wondering if my intel dg31pr mobo can handle it? I heard it says the gpu will work at only half speed on this mobo coz it's 1.0 but I don't know if it's 1.0 or 1.1, pls help me thanks!

That motherboard will be fine with any PCI Express card. Only the highest end dual GPU cards max out PCI Express 1.

Its got one PCI-E 16x slot and since PCI-E 2.0 cards are backward compatible so you can use HD 5xxx cards on it
