I have problem with Dell-optiplex sx270, and it’s very thin Hard Drive.
I want to connect this HD from this small computer to either: a USB or SATA/ATA compatible computer...
On this small PC the connecting cable for hard drive is 44-pin ‘Fiber’ looking connector..
I want to save data from that ATA/100, 2.5” Fujitsu hard drive to another computer.
The Dell-Optiplex doesn't turn on ...Motherboard has gone bad, beyond repair.
Is there any way I can connect this Optiplex's HD to my Dell Dimension E310 or other Desktop.

I looked around for the right adapters but most of them are for SATA/PATA to USB.
