Odd problem,jobs and school with no icon

Suddenly when a sim goes to work the Icon box in the upper left corner
is blank and the sim won't change into work cloths ,this also happens
with school.They still bring home money and get promotions so it seems
to be just a cosmetic glitch but still a little anoying. I've been
using Simpe to age sims that are related to my main sims that I don't
really play any more(mainly so a grand parent isn't the same age as the
grand kid).Any help would be great.

If the memories also are lacking icons, your objects file has become
corrupt.

You need to find the compressed.zip folder on your University CD, open
that folder with your zip file utility and there's an objects file in
it. Copy that over to the Program Files\The Sims 2
University\TSData\Res\Objects\ folder, it'll overwrite the corrupt file
and restore the uncorrupt one. That's the actual Sims 2 University
folder and not your documents folder.

It's a pretty common problem and can be somewhat devastating if you
don't fix it after a while.

Thank you, Charles. This has been pasted into my 'Help me!' Sims folder.
It's one of the things I read, think 'Oh yes,' then forget. Not this time!
