Current PC AMD Phenom X4 9650 Stock clocked(somtimes overclocked)
Nvidia Geforce 9400GT 1 GB overclocked(worthless)
Foxconn A7DA 2 GB PNY RAM PC 6400

Budget $200 (no save more money comments)

Dont play crysis only Call of duty(1,4,5)

In mind Radeon 4770 Powercolor
Domino ALC / should i go with more ram (4GB PC8500)
Or just get a new processor Phenom II X3 :(

Your processor is fine for COD games..and i would upgrade to 4gbs of ram as well since that will make sure you have enough and release any bottleneck you might have been having by overloading the ram....

The 4770 will give you a HUGE boost in performance IF your resolution is 1440x900 or 1280x1024

If you have a higher resolution you might want a bit more than the 4770

I only Play At 800x 600 to get performance and was wondering if this will do

Diamond Radeon HD 4850 Video Card - 512MB GDDR3. PCI Express 2.0 x16, CrossFireX Ready, (Dual Link) Dual DVI, HDTV, HDMI Support, VGA Support

Corsair XMS2 DHX 4096MB Dual Channel PC6400 DDR2 800MHz Memory (2 x 2048MB)

Cooler Master RR-CCH-P912-GP Vortex 752 CPU Cooling Fan - Socket 940, 939, 754, AM2, 775

so i can overclock better (I know phenom I doesnt overclock well but its luck)

Ok....with this new card in my post and the on you linked to you can play in alot higher resolutions than 800x600 so you are going to want to put your monitor to its native resolution...tell me what that is...and based on that we can recommend you a card...

I Play at 1440 X 900 Res Max I already Added more Ram But these are Vid Card options GTS250 ,Crossfired Radeon 4670 ,9800GTX, Radeon 4830
what will give me Better Frames

Dunno what to recommend. The GTS250 is a great single GPU since it is nothing more than a 9800GTX+ that is a tad shorter.

You didn't mention Power Supply type. But your max resolution is pretty low and ANY of the above cards will give you playable frame rates as a single card, you don't need Crossfire for that resolution. Your best bet (if your power supply can handle it) is to buy the fastest Single card, the GTS250.
