Can't to create partition in harddisk

i have 160 sata hardisk is worked before is wel. but now have some problum. 37Gb is working normaly other is unallocated i can't create partition that. if i create want to install windows. but the same problum came. is demage is drive or other? plz help me e mail:-(assath_kin@yahoo.com)
