i hav a bell pvr digital tv recorder (pvr) and a was wondeing how to
transfer info from it to my dell computer. the pvr us not connected to
the computer in any way.

Do a search for WinTV. They run about $75.00 for the video capture card
w/software. It records in MPEG 1 to your hard drive. There are plenty of
converter programs around that will convert it to MPEG 2 so it can be burnt
to a DVD.
