MB & memory for Athlon 5600

I'm looking for a MB and memory for an Athlon 5600+. ATX (not micro) and can take 1066 memory (I think thats the limit...probably wrong).
Prefer Asus, Gigabyte, or MSI in that order.
GSkill seems to be a memory of choice. 2x2 gig. What latency (?) numbers are a good choice?

P.D. the diference between DDR2 800 and 1066 is not big, really, is too small. With DDR2 800, you could have more options for mobo and RAM.
