Asus M4A79XTD-EVO and Phenom II X4 QC 965 (Will there be problems?)

i've heard that some boards still have an old bios etc, and when they put some of the newer cpus in them, they dont work, so people had to get a crappy AMD to socket it in while they DL'd the updates for the BIOS to run the new ones.

Now i wanted to know, if i got the:
Asus M4A79XTD-EVO AMD Mainboard - 4x DDR3 / 6x Sata Raid / 1x IDE / Gigabit Lan

and put in it:
AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 965 3.40GHz 8MB Cache (AM3) - Black Edition

Will i have problems? I dont have another AMD CPU to use to get the updated BIOS, chip or whatever, so i wanted to know before i bought the Phenom II X4 965 if im going to have that problem?

Here are the complete spec for people wanting to know:

Western DigitalCaviar Green Pwr 1TB 7200RPM 32MB SATA 3Gbs
LG GH22NS50 SATA DVD Re-Writer (22x - Black)
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 32-Bit DVD - OEM
Antec Two Hundred - Black ATX Tower Case
Corsair DDR3 4GB PC-12800/1600 (x4) CMG4GX3M2B1600C7 Ram
Asus M4A79XTD-EVO AMD Mainboard - 4x DDR3 / 6x Sata Raid / 1x IDE / Gigabit Lan / AM3
Corsair TX-650 650W ATX Power Supply
AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 965 3.40GHz 8MB Cache (AM3) - Black Edition
