UPS - Exide electronics microups 800i

Hi,
I have the above ups model number off the back is ee800i made by Exide electronics.

I am after any information on these and if possible a manual.

Secondly it is showing a fault - the "site wiring fault" lamp is glowing - any ideas on what this means??

A site wiring fault lamp indicates either the hot leg and neutral are reversed or the outlet is not properly grounded.

Silly me found the fault - don't know why I didn't twig on to it straight away - the fault is a grounding issue caused by me lazily plugging into a surge protected power board - plugging direct into wall socket sorts out the error...
