OC NB and HT

I have been trying to OC my GIGABYTE GA-890GPA-UD3H AM3 AMD 890GX mother board's NB and HT but have failed to do so reliably, it just fails in one of the workers in prime 95 in a matter of 15 seconds. I havent tried for more than an hour but i just wanted to get the most out of my setup. I know my board is advertised at 2600 mhz HT FSB(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128435) but the NB and HT are at 2000 mhz in the BIOS. can someone state whats going on here? Current specs are:
CPU: 955 BE OC'd to 3.8GHZ at 1.4v x19 multiplier
RAM: 8GB Ripjaws 1600 MHZ DDR3
Cooler: Hyper 212
Case: Antec 900 hundred v2
Video: Radeon HD 6950 flashed to 6970 BIOS and OC
