Restore active desktop

hi guy,

i am facing another problem that is "restore my active desktop" my desktop is getting white like this

how do i restore it back i tried everything...
even i click on the restore my active desktop but nothing changed.

Usually that is caused by inability to get on internet and reach the desktop page preset.
Try to see that page with your browser, if unable, then time to change home page for active desktop.
