Problem in new conmputer

I was working in in soni vaio which I bought only a month ago, the system is collapsed and hard disc is gone with all my data. Now I have to replace the hard disc, my money is gone, that I understand but I am very much worried about the data. what can I do for that??

well if you can still read the hd using another computer and able to format it then you can use a program called @active recovery to try and recover your files. If your hd is not recogized by another computer system then that is a problem. you need to find someone who can repair your hd or at least somoene who can transplant the magnectic disk of your hd to a known working hd then it will still be possible to recover your files but it's a bit tedious don't you think? ^^
