XSPC Rasa 750 RS240 - is my block fakked?

Hey all, concerning my new setup you can see it here;

I took out my block the other day from it's packing and it looks like it has a tarnish (unsure, my first piece of copper)
I have a few pictures - would you say this small imperfection could screw up my cooling potential? I'm not going for an 'Ub3r 1337' perfect setup so a 1-2 degree difference won't really matter to me.

It's fine...if you want to restore the glossy shine...rub it with ketchup for a few mins or soak it in a 50/50 distilled water and vinegar solution...should clear it right up.

Otherwise, won't hurt anything.
