Hey all, concerning my new setup you can see it here; :p
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/309433-31-current-set...

I took out my block the other day from it's packing and it looks like it has a tarnish :(  (unsure, my first piece of copper)
I have a few pictures - would you say this small imperfection could screw up my cooling potential? I'm not going for an 'Ub3r 1337' perfect setup so a 1-2 degree difference won't really matter to me.

Block's reflection (on my fish tank =D); http://img713.imageshack.us/i/34361116.jpg/
Front-on surface; http://img31.imageshack.us/i/95081259.jpg/ -facepalm- :pfff:

Thanks for all input,
Intel1502 :hello:

It's fine...if you want to restore the glossy shine...rub it with ketchup for a few mins or soak it in a 50/50 distilled water and vinegar solution...should clear it right up.

Otherwise, won't hurt anything.

Yeah, you've got nothing to be concerned about. That's barely worth talking about. Check out what a performance affecting tarnish looks like over here.
