Greenhorn needs advice install new case fan

I'm installing a new case fan to keep my rig cool what with summer coming on. This is the fan in question - - not sure whether that's any good, perhaps someone here could point me in the direction of something better?

However, my main problem is that due to the set up of my rig, I don't have much room to manoeuvre and need to connect the fan to the psu rather than the motherboard. How would I go about doing this? Is there some special wire I need?
