Hello, I am new to this forum, but I have been reading this forum for a while. Thanks for your help :D

I currently have a HP pavilion a1130 and I would like to upgrade it. I plan to get the best deal possible and keep it cheap since I plan to built a new rig in like 2-3 years from now. My budget is between $100 -$250
I would like upgrade my graphics card and possibly my Mobo + CPU + PSU. I dont think I need to upgrade my hard drive.
Here are my specs:

Athlon 64 3500+ 2.2 GHz
Memory Installed 1 GB (2 x 512) PC3200DDR
250 GB SATA
16x DVD(+/-)R/RW DL LightScribe drive
Motherboard: MSI RS480M2-IL SOCKET 939
ATI Radeon XPress 200
Bestec ATX-300-12ZCDR - 300 Watt ATX Power Supply

Since I have a low budge, I plan to buy this combo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.194986

What Cpu fan do you people recommend?
Is this a good choice? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835106135

The total will be about $ 185 after rebates

Will this set up fit in my case or should I get a new case?
Thanks for the help

Forget the video card you chose. It's doing nothing for the biuild. Onboard GPU is fine.

HEC PSUs are very low quality and you should not put them in a system you value

Antec 300 and Antec EA 380

There. Now you have a fine platform to build on. The MB will support one of the new AMD quad cores when you can afford it. The PSU will save you money as it's efficient. It's enough for a small video upgrade, for instance a 4650 in the future:

And finally, the Antec case is GOOD. You can keep it for many years. The EA380W is far superior to the HEC 585W... it actually supplies more power. The HEC is actually a lie and is good for maybe 300W as long as it doesn't blow up.

Use the fan that comes with the CPU for now. You will have a good cool case, more important.
