my ram is capable of 685 mhz but it currently runs at 534 mhz , according to cpu-z.

and the board supports:
"Supports four unbuffered DIMM of 1.5 Volt DDR3 800/1066/1333/1600* (OC) SDRAM, 16GB Max"

so my question is can i set the RAM speed higher to 685 mhz ? according CPU-z it supports that speed.
and do i have to take care of some other setting in bios?

Remember cpu-z reports are half of the actual speed 534x2=1068
You should consider finding out what the complete specs are of your ram.

i thought cpu-z shows the complete specs in SPD page/tab ? there reads 685 mhz as max..
