Restarting My System.

Dear Sir......
I am Anwar. I installed new Windows XP SP3 in my Desktop Computer. But if i Unplug or pluged anything in Board I mean if i make any changes in my Motherboard Device Like Hard Disk, DVD Writer etc. My Computer is not starting. Its Continuously restarting.

To stop rebooting, boot into safe mode and select Disable automatic restart on system error.
