hello. yesterday i removed all of my pc components and installed them in a new casing and power up the pc. at first it was not starting so i thought it was my psu being only 350w. i removed power from hdd and the pc started fine. after that i removed power from dvd-rw and re-connencted power to hdd and started the pc. pc started fine but after about 2-3 seconds smoke started to come out from hdd. i quickly switched off the computer and examined the pc. i saw that the power cable which connects the psu to the main power line, one of it's 3 cables is teared. so i replaced it with a new power cable and started the pc. again after sometime hdd started smoking. i think my hdd is fried. thinking of buying a new one, but i still don't know what is the problem. so if i install a new hdd i am afraid it can be fried too. solution plz
