The stock fans should work fine. Have you turned the fan speed up?

With singe GPU I am verry happy ..... BUT two of these, close enough to each other in SLI...thats my problem.

I'd go for Zalman VF-1000's. They cool like a mofo.

Why ask for help for a problem that doesn't exist? As was said, stock cooler will be fine especially if you turn the fans up. Make sure you have good case airflow. What psu do you have?

OCZ 700 Watt

I have asked because I dont wanna have a problem, thank you!

I would not add another gtx 285 with that psu. It's just a mediocre quality and you'd be pushing it to it's limits with another card. You should get at least a Corsair 750W, and would be better off with a 850W.

I would not worry about it, I own the Asus p5q Pro and it only supports crossfire, not SLI, SLI is impossible on that board
