Would my memory be supported in a motherboard with a 1333 FSB? Thanks.

Memory: Crucial Ballistix 4 x 1GB PC2 6400 4-4-4-12, 2.2V
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz

My current Asus P5B is dead and I'm looking for a replacement. I'd like to get one with a P45 Northbridge, an ICH10 Southbridge, and a 1333Mhz FSB. Will my CPU and memory handle that?

Yes. Your crucial memory may or may not overclock, depending on the timings. It normally runs at 800, regardless of the cpu speed.
