I apologize if this is not the correct forum, as it maybe a windows problem but it is CPU related to. :)

For some reason I have been having problems with intel speedstep. I just can't seem to get it to work right. Some power profiles just don't work like they should and have tried CE1 and still about the same. Now I have done this with the default speed and overclocked. Homeoffice/desk is ment to turn it off and minimal power management, to lower the clock speed, well it don't seem to work. I have to put it on max battery to lower it but if I use Homeoffice/desk, it won't go back up. See the quick video I did but is on overclocked.

Is there a problem with my processor or has speedstep just stopped working right?

I have a Q6600.
