Run windows xp from usb hard drive

I have created a clone of my Winows XP image/drive using EaseUS Partion Master (Disk Upgrade Wizard); onto a external USB HD. I am trying to get XP to load by hooking the external USB hd to another computer (the other PC does see/allow boot from my external usb hd and atempts to boot I.e. on start up screen it shows Win XP starting up but then it goes to a blue screen that says sorry but there was a problem starting windows check your HD's etc.... then goes back to starting up and this keeps repeating; can you provide any help with this?

Boot safe mode select Disable Auto Restart on System Failure.
This will eliminate the auto restart, to probably get you to a blue screen
to research the stop code.
