XFX 750i or Gigabyte EP45TUD3LR?

Hello guys i was wondering which of these two motherboard is better in overclocking.In XFX 750i it says that FSB supported up to 1800MHz and Gigabyte EP45TUD3LR up to 1600MHz.I have a q9400 so which of these two motherboard will be better for me?
