Better in what way?
- moves more air?
- quieter?
- cheaper?
- least vibration?

In general I prefer 140mm over 120mm, they move more air at lower RPMs and can therefore be quieter.....

NZXT FN 140RB 140mm (IF your case allows you to use 140mm, go for this one..more air, lower speed, will be quieter..)

69CFM, 19dBA, 2000RPM, 9blade

These come in a variety of colors, move more air, and running at lower RPM will be really quiet

Yes a 140mm is usually always quieter then a 120mm.
That being said i don't trust most db ratings manufacturers spec.
For instance i have a CM R4 Sickleflow 120mm listed at 19db lol! in your dreams maybe.
It's a decent fan though but i would guess closer to 30db at full speed which is pretty good actually.
On the other hand i have Thermalright fans and they are rated correctly + or - a couple of db.
Same goes for Scythe fans.
You get what you pay for.

If you want a REALLY silent 120mm, But don't need to move a lot of air.

http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0341409

(To move more air I just used three of 'em to exhaust air out the top of my Corsair 800D case...)

If you want a Quiet, totally vibration free 140mm fan that moves as much air as possible:

http://www.thewatercoolingshop.co.uk/Noiseblocker-BlackSilentPro-PK3-140mm-Case-Fan-1700rpm.html

(it's real expensive but it works... If you run it at the full 1700 RPM, its "quiet." If you want silent, you'll have to slow it down to 1100--1200 RPM (they make models that run these lower speeds stock too...)

AH, if MAX air is what you seek, here's your fan:

I bought all three of these fans:

This is your fan: This fan moves a ridiculous amount of air. More than any other I've found. I've seen reviews that rate this at 140CFM !@@#@@!
